Malaysia has been fighting hard against illegal immigrants for almost two-and-a-half years. This year, at least 5,000 Bangladeshis were detained. A few years ago, illegal registration of illegal workers gave them a chance to be legalized.

But many Bangladeshis have been cheated in the country due to corruption and irregularities. Not only Malaysia but also some Bangladeshi, many migrants are fleeing into the forests of the country today. And the Malaysian government is conducting daily operations in different provinces to catch these abductees. Sometimes the construction site, sometimes the restaurant or residential area is also run by the country’s immigration department.

Malaysian Home Minister Tan Seri Mohiuddin Yasin said illegal anti-immigrant operations were being carried out across the country on five outlines. And the government will take legal action against those arrested in the operation.

New five strategies:

One is the implemented campaign system, which implements various plans for conducting operations against illegal people across the country.

Two, the implementation of the law-making and enforcement policy, which is related to the drafting of new laws and the combination of enforcement policies against illegal immigrants.

Three, the entrance and border control strategies, which control and monitor the security of the country’s borders and gateways.

Four, a combination of policies related to foreign nationals.

Five, media and publicity strategies, which increase media coverage, publicity and awareness of illegal ones.

Malaysia has been requested by the embassies of all countries to legalize the foreign workers who have been cheated in the name of foreign workers, including Bangladesh, Myanmar, India, Indonesia and the Philippines, despite the scope of the government’s legalization for two and a half years.

Malaysia Immigration Department says the immigration police of the country have launched various tactics since the end of the general amnesty for illegal immigrants. Illegal activists who did not seek general forgiveness are being detained. Since last August 1, 1 lakh 90 thousand 471 people have returned to different countries with the opportunity of the government’s general amnesty program.

The number of illegal immigrants is increasing day by day due to various opportunities for illegal immigrants. The government does not want any more opportunity. Meanwhile, the country’s home minister has announced the deportation of 70000 illegal workers or migrants in five out of five years.

The Malaysian government launched the ‘Back for Good’ program from August 1. In the meanwhile, 1 lakh 90 thousand 471 workers from different countries, including Bangladesh, have returned to the country with the opportunity. Still there are illegal immigrants from different countries. The immigration department is conducting raids against them. Earlier, the Malaysian government had given the opportunity to legalize illegal workers in 20 years. About 6 lakh Bangladeshi workers applied for legalization at that time. However, in the end, the opportunity to get legalized 2 lakh 80 thousand 110.
