আজহারি মাজহারি এগুলো কিন্তু জামাতের সৃষ্টি – ধর্ম প্রতিমন্ত্রী !
সারাদেশে বিভিন্ন ধর্মীয় ওয়াজ মাহফিলে যুদ্ধাপরাধী দেলোয়ার হোসেন সাঈদীর গুণগান ও ইসলামের অপব্যাখা প্রসঙ্গে ধর্ম প্রতিমন্ত্রী আলহাজ অ্যাডভোকেট শেখ মো. আব্দুল্লাহ বলেছেন, ‘বিষয়টি অবশ্যই আমাদের নজরে এসেছে। আজহারি মাজহারি এগুলো কিন্তু জামাতের সৃষ্টি। এরা অত্যন্ত সূক্ষ্মভাবে জামাতের কথাই বলে। এদের বাল্যকাল থেকে শুরু করে এ পর্যন্ত সেই শিক্ষা-দীক্ষাই দিয়েছে জামাত।’
এখানে এসে দেখলাম সুন্দর সাম্প্রদায়িক সম্প্রীতিই বাস্তবায়িত হয়েছে। সারা পৃথিবীতে এমন কোনো নজির সৃষ্টি হয়নি।’
হজ প্রসঙ্গে ধর্ম প্রতিমন্ত্রী বলেন, ‘প্রধানমন্ত্রীর পররাষ্ট্রনীতির সফলতাকে কাজে লাগিয়ে গত বছর হাজিদের জন্য খুব দ্রুত সময়ের মধ্যে ইমিগ্রেসনের ব্যবস্থা করা হয়। তারা যে কত খুশি হয়েছেন। মাত্র দুই-তিনমিনিটের মধ্যে তাদের ইমিগ্রেসন হয়ে গেছে। গত বছরের চাইতে এবার আরো অধিকতর ভালোভাবে হজে পাঠানোর প্রস্তুতি রয়েছে। এ বছর আরো ১০ হাজার হাজির সংখ্যা বাড়ানো হয়েছে। আরো অনেক অসুবিধা দূর করে সরকারি ব্যবস্থাপনায় হজ পালনে আস্থা অর্জনের চেষ্টা করছে সরকার। বেসরকারি এজেন্সির মাধ্যমে শুনি অনেক গোলমাল হয়ে থাকে।’তাই সরকারি ব্যবস্থাপনায় খুব সুন্দরভাবে হজ পালনে উদ্ধুব্ধ করতে স্থানীয় প্রশাসন ও মসজিদের ইমামদের মাধ্যমে সবাইকে জানানোর আহ্বান জানান তিনি।
পরে ধর্ম প্রতিমন্ত্রী জামালপুর পৌরসভার দেউরপাড় চন্দ্রা এলাকায় নির্মাণাধীন জামালপুর সদর মডেল মসজিদ ও মেলান্দহ উপজেলা মডেল মসজিদ নির্মাণ কাজ পরিদর্শন করেন। এছাড়াও তিনি বিকেলে মেলান্দহ উপজেলায় জামিয়া হুসাইনিয়া আরাবিয়া মাদরাসার ৬০ বছর পূর্তি উদযাপন উপলক্ষে আয়োজিত ইসলামি মহাসম্মেলনে প্রধান অতিথির বক্তব্য রাখেন। এর আগে ধর্ম প্রতিমন্ত্রী সকালে ঢাকা থেকে আন্ত:নগর তিস্তা এক্সপ্রেস ট্রেনে জামালপুর সফরে আসেন। জামালপুর সার্কিট হাউজে রাত্রিযাপন করে কাল বুধবার ভোরে আন্ত:নগর ব্রহ্মপুত্র এক্সপ্রেস ট্রেনে ঢাকায় ফেরার কথা রয়েছে।
মডেল মসজিদ নির্মাণ প্রকল্প পদির্শনকালে ধর্ম প্রতিমন্ত্রীর সাথে ছিলেন বাংলাদেশ আওয়ামী লীগের সাংগঠনিক সম্পাদক, সংসদ সদস্য ও সাবেক প্রতিমন্ত্রী মির্জা আজম, জেলা প্রশাসক মোহাম্মদ এনামুল হক, জেলা পরিষদের চেয়ারম্যান ও জেলা আওয়ামী লীগের সাধারণ সম্পাদক ফারুক আহাম্মেদ চৌধুরী, জামালপুর গণপূর্ত অধিদপ্তরের নির্বাহী প্রকৌশলী মো. মোবারক হোসেন, অতিরিক্ত পুলিশ সুপার মো. বাছির উদ্দিন, জামালপুর ইসলামিক ফাউন্ডেশনের উপ-পরিচালক মো. আব্দুর রাজ্জাক, জেলা আওয়ামী লীগের সহ-সভাপতি সৈয়দ আতিকুর রহমান ছানা প্রমুখ।
