মালয়েশিয়ায় প্রবেশে নিষেধাজ্ঞা – চিন্তিত বৈধ প্রবাসীরা !!

কোভিড-১৯ মোকাবেলায় মালয়েশিয়ার চলমান নিয়ন্ত্রণ আদেশ শিথিল হলেও বিদেশিদের প্রবেশে নিষেধাজ্ঞা বহাল থাকছে। তবে বিভিন্ন দেশে অবস্থানরত সকল মালয়েশিয়ানরা যেকোনো সময় প্রবেশ করতে পারবে।সিনিয়র মন্ত্রী (সিকিউরিটি) ইসমাইল সাবরি ইয়াকুব সাংবাদিকদের বলেন, করোনাভা’ইরাস প্রতিরোধে প্রায় দেড় মাসেরও অধিক সময় আন্তর্জাতিক সব ফ্লাইট বন্ধ রয়েছে।

Senior Minister (Security) Ismail Sabri Yakub told reporters that all international flights have been closed for more than a month and a half to prevent coronavi’rus.

The minister was responding to a May 18 announcement by an Asian airline to operate a flight from Surabaya, Indonesia to Kuala Lumpur.

He added that the ban on foreign immigrants, including travelers, is still in place in Malaysia. However, the length of the ban will be determined by the current situation. In addition, those who have a work visa in Malaysia will not be allowed to enter. We are now only allowed to operate domestic flights. So that our citizens can move inside the country. At this time, if our citizens enter from outside the country, they will have to stay at home quarantine for 14 days.

Note that all flights from Malaysia were canceled from March 18 to prevent corona virus. But before that, many Bangladeshis and foreign migrants staying in the country are still unable to return after going home on holiday. Due to which many people are worried. At the same time, many are on the way to the end of the visa. However, the Malaysian government has not yet commented on whether there will be any barriers to entry if the visa expires. However, sources said that even if the visa expires if the ongoing control order is cut off, there will be no barrier to entry. Expatriates on holiday in Bangladesh have strongly demanded to discuss the matter with the Malaysian government.
