কারাগারে আরেক মিজানুর – আর আসামী মিজানুর বাইরে !!
যশোরে পুলিশের বিরুদ্ধে আসামীকে বাইরে রেখে নামের মিল থাকায় আরেকজনকে চালান করে দেওয়ার অভিযোগ পাওয়া গেছে। প্রথম সন্তান জন্ম দেবার সময়ে রাতেই অসুস্থ স্ত্রী ও নবজাতককে হাসপাতালে রেখে সোমবার দিবাগত রাত আড়াইটা থেকে আজ বুধবার (২২ জানুয়ারি) বিকেল পর্যন্ত কারাগারে বন্দি রয়েছেন মো. মিজানুর রহমান। বুধবার দুপুরে জুডিশিয়াল আদালত থেকে জামিন পেলেও এখনো মুক্তি পাননি তিনি।
কারাগারে থাকা মিজানুর রহমানের আইনজীবী ডেজিনা ইয়াসমিন জামিনের বিষয়টি নিশ্চিত করে বলেন, আদালত তার জামিন দিয়েছেন। মিজানুরের স্পষ্ট একটা ঠিকানা রয়েছে। দুজনের এলাকাও আলাদা। সেখানে এই ধরনের ভুল কাম্য নয়। মামলার এজাহারে জানা যায়, বিস্ফোরক মামলার চার্জশিটভুক্ত আসামি মিজানুর রহমান ওরফে পাগলা মিজান। তার পিতার নাম নূরুল হক হাওলাদার।
